I am on NBC talking about the fact that women who think they are going to get bulky are mistaken. Lifting weights, and heavy weights at that, will build long lean muscle and won’t bulk a woman up. Well .. I wouldn’t know about weight lifting .. but jogging + fat burner + healthy diet will do the trick … Getting started and sticking to it it’s heavy though …
